We tried to sell this home a year previously and had almost no traffic. With Brigitte we had dozens of viewings in a very short amount of time (during Covid). I think this is because she marketed it perfectly, playing up the house’s string points. I would use her again in an instant and highly re immense her.

Watch out Zillow!! Brigitte will likely be your next CEO!!! She is a fire cracker, and you will not want to get in her way. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, ( I am a senior) and held my hand with the “tech” stuff, and successfully sold my home in Charlotte, NC in 1, yes ONE day. I spoke with 3 agents before Brigitte, and all three disagreed with me on my starting sale figure! Brigitte said, “OK!” And produced....I had a buyer who offered $7000 more then asking first day! Don’t waste your time looking for the right agent, I have done it for you!! Oh,...by the way...she returns your calls almost immediately!! Who does that?. Brigitte Perry!!
